TWC Management is a property management agent for the ************************* fails to resolve the noise ordinance issue. I confirmed it is their responsibility as of the managing company to assist with these matters and all my attempts in working with them to get this resolved has led me nowhere. My condo fees got doubled and were increased from $350 to $650 overnight while the company fails to resolve such simple complaints as noise complaints. We were also promised the increase was temporary and will last for two years and now we see it will not happen. I kindly ask you to review my request and the file attached with provide you with more information.

    Dispute Resolution Team:
I received the complaint referenced above .It appears that there is some incorrect information provided that I will try to clarify. TWC association management, Inc., is a property management company that has been hired by the Board of Directors for the ********* ** ****** Condominium to provide limited services to the association. ********* ** ****** condominium Association has an on-site staff that is directly employed by the condominium association. This includes a General Manager and an Assistant Manager, both of whom are charged with the responsibility of handling the day to day affairs for the condominium and unit owner issues. Staff members work in an office on the property and are available to all owners via phone, email and in person. The office address is **** ******* ****** *****, McLean, VA *****.
Noise complaints are addressed by the General Manager to the extent possible, but it is extremely difficult to control the behavior of the residents. Efforts were made by the General Manager to deal with the noisy neighbors whom *** *********** says are disturbing her, and the Police were called by *** *********** on several occasions. Police reports were filed, but we do not know what action the Fairfax County Police were able to take. We at TWC do not have any authority to evict residents, impose sanctions, fine or deal with these types of issues.
*** *********** has not sent any emails about her noise complaints or other issues to me. Her correspondence has been directed to ****** ******, the General Manager, and *** ****** she has responded appropriately via phone and email. I do not have direct access to those records.
As far as the condominium fees at ********* ** ****** are concerned, they are set by the Board of Directors for the association. We do collect the monthly condominium fees, but TWC does not make any decisions in regard to establishing the annual budget. Therefore, we cannot reduce the monthly assessment as *** *********** is asking. The condominium association does have bi- monthly Board meetings as well as an annual meeting, and these announced meetings are the appropriate forum for owners to bring up their concerns.
If I can provide further assistance, feel free to contact me.

    Sincerely,
    TWC Association Management, Inc.
