    Late last night around 10pm, I placed an order with Domino's on ***************** in Maryland. My husband went to pick it up and did not check the pizza for accuracy before departing the store. When he got home at approximately 1030, I opened my pizza only to realize that it was not what I had ordered. I had ordered ham and bacon on my pizza, but what I got was pineapple. I called the store to work out a solution. The employee who answered seemed confused about my request and it was obvious that English was not his first language. He offered me 50% off of a future order. I declined as I wanted the pizza refunded or credited to my account for a future order. He offered to remake the pizza, but as it was already almost 11pm at that time and the store lobby closed at 10, I declined as I was not physically able to bring the pizza back to the store. When he offered delivery, I also declined as the pizza would arrive close to midnight and I had to work in the morning. Instead of solving my issue or passing me to the manager, he hung up on me. Ultimately, I was charged full price for a pizza I could not eat and what was supposed to be a nice dinner with my family ended up becoming a nightmare of fighting with the business, still not getting a resolution, and going to bed hungry. This store is not following their own corporate policy in ensuring that customers are satisfied with their order.
