We require a 50% deosit on all new client work. Once a relationship is established terms range from no deposit on work estimated at less than $1,500. Work that is done out of town requires a 50% advance and 20 day terms. Work estimated over 100K is broken down into 1/3rd deposits.
Cancellation of a event requires a minimum payment of all labor estimated in the cost of the show. All pre-production for the event is due and payable upon completion. Cancellation within two weeks of the event requires a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within one week requires a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees can be adjudicated by re-booking the event within one calendar year.
