    PureInsights called me asking to survey me at 1816 EST on 18OCT24 and when I responded to remove me from their contact list and that I am on the Do-Not-Call list provided by the US Goverment, they outright refused and continued to harass me saying they would not do that until I took part in their survey. I calmly repeated my stance and verified that this would be reported to the BBB after I asked for their company name (which they provided). I then proceeded to hang up and file this complaint. I would like this stain to be on their record, these telemarketer DO NOT honor the Do-Not-Call list even when confronted with said information. I do not want this company or any other sister companies contacting me ever again.

    I am responding to the complaint from Mr. ******* with Complaint ID ********. We are perplexed by this complaint and believe there to be some sort of error. Mr. ******* is not a customer of **********************, nor have we ever called him. We do not have any programs that involve surveys or telemarketing of any kind. I can assure you that whomever Mr. ******* was called by was not an employee or contractor of our company. We are a B-to-B company and as such our customers are *********************, not individuals. I see that the "Complaint Involves" section states "Guarantee Or Warranty Issue." As stated earlier, Mr. ******* is not a customer of our company and does not use any of our products or services. He is not in any customer database that we keep.

    I see two possibilities for this situation: (1) somebody called Mr. ******* and improperly identified themselves as being from my company or (2) the call came from another company with a similar name. I know of a Pureinsights LLC with whom we are not affiliated at all. 

    We take privacy very seriously and comply with all necessary obligations required by law. We would never call Mr. ******* or any other private individual. It's regrettable that Mr. ******* was called but please assure him it was not by any employee of PureInsights Technology Corporation. I would very much like to get to the bottom of this issue so if there's any other information you can share about the nature of the call Mr. ******* received, I'd be very grateful.

    The phone number in your BBB record for PureInsights Technology is incorrect. The number is listed as (804) 486-5061. An online search reveals this to be a known robocall number and is in no way associated with PureInsights Technology Corporation. Please remove this number from our BBB entry.

    I would also like to add that the phone number associated with our BBB record and in the complaint is NOT a phone number associated with PureInsights Technology Corporation. An online search suggests that it is a known robocall number that may be associated with scams. Please remove this number from PureInsights Technology Coproration's BBB record.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Their response aligns with my thoughts as well. Unfortunately the information I provided is everything I am in possession of. Being falsely accused is not pleasant, so thank you for your effort. I apologize for the accusation; as they assumed it is clear someone is using a false identity. Thank you for everyone's time.
