I am leaving this review anonymously as I do not wish to get involved further than to warn others about working with this company. I had a friend get hired, with a signed contract, to work for this company for a one week trial doing admin tasks before coming on board full time. She was so upset with this experience that she did not feel she was able to write this herself. She sat in on meetings, did calendar scheduling, etc. When it came time to pay her, the CEO Ethan disappeared. Didn't answer any emails, calls, or texts. He was to pay her regardless of if they moved forward or not. After she repeatedly reached out for several weeks, he finally emerged with very bizarre excuses and behavior such as "he sleeps a lot during the day," and "his phone broke." I own my own business and I have never seen anything like this. He then told her he was sending her check via UPS but refused to send any type of tracking information. He never answered her again and of course the check never arrived. He got her on board for this trial week by showering her with a great deal of misinformation. He told her she would be jetting around the world with him on more than 50 flights a year, that she would be making well over 100k a year as a personal assistant (which then dwindled down to 80k mysteriously in the contract), and spoke very boastfully about this lavish life she would be a part of. I hope this review reaches anyone that is considering working for Tidal Jets or putting faith in their company. I am unsure what the scam is to be honest but if I had to guess, Ethan preys on people with the illusion of a very luxurious lifestyle to get them to work for free for a while, and I also think he looks for these people that he swindles to invest, as he did state to her early on that she could receive stock in the company. Please beware. I wish we were able to find a review like this when we dug in to the company before she signed up.
