      First service call went well. Gundlach employees took care of a leaky faucet on a small bathroom sink and swapped out the spout,and handles with a new set that I provided. The cost was reasonable. They installed necessary parts/hardware in a toilet tank but left the handle which didn't fit well but at least the issue was corrected. I was told the leaky hot water faucet on the bathtub couldn't be fixed. I was told also that I could purchase a new bathtub/shower set and have it installed by them. They approved what I purchased. Different Gundlach employees came and said I would be charged differently than what the invoice stated. Gundlach is supposed to be familiar with old houses and how they're built, etc. but they appeared inexperienced. They put a hole in the wall. They cut pipes. There's almost nothing to attach anything to. They said they couldn't patch the wall or replace anything. They said they don't do tile work either. They put a tube/hose through the hole in the wall and said to use that for bathing. If the water got hot, then let it cool. They didn't even give me a receipt for the $100 I gave them for the service call until I called and complained. Now I have to find a person who is capable of installing the shower head/bathtub spout, handles, etc. and patch up the wall or completely retile. It's a horrible nightmare.
