The claim submission process was easy and fair. Although I did not receive full reimbursement of my claim & the letter did not explain why, I was able to easily contact them by phone for explanation. I thought the reason fair although the phone representative was very difficult to understand given his strong accent. Overall I was pleased with everything given it was a bummer to have to interrupt a great vacation due to illness. I would use Allianz again.Review from Stephen K
