  I felt a welcoming aura from the time I walked in the door. The receptionist was attentive to my comfort, smiling and friendly. The representative greeted me, as though hebalreadyvknow me. He was extremely informative, and willing to do whatever it took to see that I walked away knowing all that I needed to know. Thank you all do much! Recommendations are high, coming from me!

  I am so grateful to have found my agent at Active Medicare Solutions. He successfully helped me maneuver the minefield of information that applying for Medicare brings. I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was so kind and helpful and put this overwhelmed senior at total ease. Preliminary and follow-up questions were expertly answered, everything was clearly explained and options given, then discussed and I felt confident that I had made good choices based on all the information I had received. Knowing that I'm prepared and not worried is a real gift I have received from Active Medicare Solutions.

  Fantastic experience! I spoke with the Office Manager, *****, and she scheduled an agent to come to my home. **** arrived on time, listened to my needs, checked the status of my doctors and drugs, and suggested the best policy for me. He actually made it fun and painless. I highly suggest that you use Active Medicare Solutions.

  Great experience with ***** and the staff at Active Medicare Solutions. Very efficient. ***** did a great job explaining complicated health insurance coverage to me in a very timely manner. I am comfortable with the coverage I chose and all my questions were answered. I left the meeting feeling like I had all my information and established a good relationship with Active Medicare Solutions. It is comforting to know if I ever have questions about my coverage I can call this office and get quick response! Thanks so much!

  My medicare advantage insurance company pulled out of the market, I had no choice but pick a new plan. I had worked with Active Medicare Solutions in the past, they kept in touch with me by mail and email over the years. ***** of Active Medicare Solutions called and offered to help me find a new provider. He gave me expert advice, and set everything up by phone and email. Great service and continuing follow-up are highly unusual these days.Active Medicare solutions provides both!

  We have worked with *************************** of Active Medicare Solutions in the past and he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We recently moved out of our plan servicing area and we called *****. He got us on another plan for our new area promptly that met our medical needs. He was wonderful. We have highly recommended him to friends and family members and will do so in the future.   I have recommended **** and his team from Active Medicare Solutions to several co-workers and friends. He provided clear direction for a very complicated process. My husband and I had done our research, but still did not know the best way to begin our transition to Medicare.The entire staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. ***** was terrific with following up and making sure all documents were submitted on time.
