Refund and Exchange Policy

To return an item or receive a refund, you
must contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization number prior to sending back product. All
product(s) with the exception of products that have a manufacturer's
defect must be received by our Customer Service Department within thirty
(30) days of the order receipt (delivery date). A ten percent (10%)
restocking fee will be deducted from all returned product orders with
the exception of damaged products and products that have a manufacturers
defect. Shipping charges incurred by Independent Consultants and/or
Customers when purchasing or returning products will not be refunded.

This warranty does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear,
accident or misuse. Upon receipt of your order, please check it
carefully for accuracy. To exchange an item purchased directly from an
Independent Consultant, please contact them directly. If your Consultant
cannot be located, please contact our Customer Service Department so we
may assist you.

Please note, exchanges must include a copy of the original invoice Order # and be in its original unused condition.

If for any reason, your item is no longer available or out of stock, you
will receive store credit in the amount of the original item.
