    First of all, I called ahead of time (on 7/17/23) to ask about an early check in and was told that I could check in at 1:00p on 7/19/23. I was hurried off the phone with no information taken. When we arrived on 7/19/23, the front desk didn’t have a clue that I had called and told me that check in was at 3:00p. After making a phone call they did rectify the situation and allowed the check in but I do not like to be viewed as a liar. Upon arrival, the bathroom toilet was dirty/stained and the water pressure was horrible. The toilet had to be flushed like 3x for everything to go down. Between each flush, you had to wait a considerable amount of time for the toilet to fill back up in order to flush again. It was hot and the air conditioner barely worked. The tv kept losing sound and there was a rotten trash smell in the hallway the entire stay. The room keys kept being deactivated and when I went for the third time to reset I was told in a very rude manner that it must’ve been something I was doing (however, on the very first day after check in, before entering the room for the first time, the keys didn’t work). After the reset, they only gave me one key back. I’m sure it was due to lack of trust on their part. The bed coverings were extremely thin and to top it off there was old moldy coffee water in the coffee pot (photo attached). Oh and we had to discard our own trash. Unacceptable!! We had two small children with us with allergies and these conditions were unsanitary and not safe health wise. My youngest was very congested during the nights since the air conditioner was not functioning to its best capacity. I feel like the stay was a total waste of money and impacted the quality of our vacation negatively.

    This rating is a joke. This was the worst place we have ever stayed. We were there a couple of weeks ago and we booked through priceline. I tried to get a full refund but priceline told me I had to talk to the hotel first. So I called and the young Lady who answered couldn't find my name even after I told her the room number and the date. She said they didn't keep records that far. (It has not even been A MONTH) When we got into the room, it was grungy, smelled like musty old socks, and my teenage daugther wouldn't even sit down. She kept saying, "Mom we need to leave this place does not feel safe" I told her she needed to calm down - so I put the table and the chairs (which were coming apart) in front of the door to make her feel better. When she went in the bathroom she told me she wasn't going to use it. It was not clean either. I tried to stay (but even then I wasn't going to get out of my clothes to sleep there) but I just couldn't do it. It was totally gross and didn't even feel clean - let alone the tv didn't work. So we went to another hotel. I can't believe the lady at the desk was so rude and wouldn't allow me to even speak to her - she actually hung up on me. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE - the rating should be an F. Obviosuly this is not BBB accredited.
