I called Aztec Home Improvement Joshua answered and scheduled me for an estimate. He showed up on time took measurements for the deck we wanted to have built and gave us a price. I must say the price was dead on and the deck he built came out just as amazing as we pictured it. We would definitely recommend and hire Aztec Home Improvement for more projects.

It's unfortunate I have to make this post. Beware of Joshua Drobinski and Aztec Home Improvement. I found him in the ******* ******** **** ***** so I thought I owe it to you all to let you know the situation. I had high hopes and things started off well, he produced professional estimates and pricing seemed right on. Most others never showed up or never produced any kind of estimate! That's why this is unfortunate. It's difficult to find someone to do smaller jobs. He put in some flooring in our basement and it looked okay. Some details were overlooked but since he was showing up and had pricing on-target I overlooked those. As time and more jobs went on, he became less reliable with showing up. The excuses of covid and out-of-state emergencies started rolling out. Bigger and bigger details were overlooked and he kept putting me off. My biggest mistake was paying invoices in full before inspecting the finished work. He assured me client satisfaction was paramount but still gave excuses and delay after delay prevented finishing & remediating. He left me with toilet waste running through the bathroom sink! And plumbing leaking into drywall, holes everywhere, eventually there was a plumbing backup with damaged a lot of the trim work. Still so much of it is unfinished it turns my stomach to even look at it. Last month he promised to be back today, and of course I have heard nothing. This is the last straw. I am not sure what is next but this is where I am starting to somehow move on from the disaster he has left in my basement. I’m happy to share “receipts” of the unfinished and damaged and poorly-installed work, I just had to get this off my chest while it was fresh. It feels so icky to be airing this dirty laundry, but he is just not giving me any other choice to remedy this situation. :(
