5 starsWe had our quarterly service call this morning. **** our technician was and is always extremely pleasant and always accommodating to our needs. He always shares in person any concerns he comes across when treating and walking around our home. Look forward to having him come by as I know I will always get the best service!

They made the entire process easy and stress-free. As for my installer (****)he was fantastic! He was In/Out in no time! 5 starsI'm impressed at the time and care **** at RichPro took finding the area rats seem to be entering our home. While doing so he found an active termite colony we didn't know we had. His service was 5 stars for sure.
