Beware! This company has has over $***** from us for a shed we ordered for two months. After cancelling the delivery/install three times, we waited the entire 2 hour window for them to show up today. They called a half hour past the window to say that they weren't coming and the shed wasn't in stock. They didn't know this yesterday? How is it not in stock 8 weeks after we ordered it? Their offer to reschedule again in 2 weeks in unacceptable.

The ********* purchased their shed on April 10. They were scheduled for installation on June 24. On May 27, we had an opening earlier on our schedule and offered it to the *********, and they accepted. Unfortunately, on May 27, we experienced a rain day and could not build the shed. We then rescheduled the build to June 10. Again, on June 10, the forecast called for a 70% chance of rain, and our builder did not work. As soon as we knew the builder was not going to work, we called the ********* to inform them. This was approximately 9:30 a.m. As the day progressed, we encountered thunder storms and a flood watch. The ********* were understandably unhappy that this schedule fell through, and thought we should have come anyway and started construction. Unfortunately, it is a safety issue for our builders as well as a detriment to the product if there is significant rainfall before the build is complete. As independent contractors, our builders make the call based on their assessment of the day’s forecast. Additionally, we sent them a written FAQ sheet noting that all schedule dates are tentative and done “weather permitting”, as well as other criteria we need for a successful build. We offered to reschedule the ********* on their original date of June 24, and told them that we would try to find an opening sooner, but could not promise. Mr. ******* accepted the reschedule date as we described it. We regret that conditions beyond our control prevented the timely construction of the *********’ shed, and that Mr. ******** wasn’t informed of the situation in time to go to work at his normal time, but we can only do what we can do. They are certainly welcome to keep their scheduled appointment, weather permitting, or cancel their order and receive a full refund if they are unhappy with the series of events.
