    We used PHM for a mortgage refinance. Our loan officer had great communication and they executed our refinance with professionalism and accuracy. They even sent a notary to our house to sign papers so we didn't have to travel. I'd for sure use them again!

    They wont stop calling and harassing and badgering me , after multiple time tell them to put me on a do not call list , they say ok and about a week later I get another call , I am tired of getting calls at random hours of the day , with todays current housing market predatory calls such as this should not be allowed
