About This Business

The Farm Table started out in 2010 as an organization that wanted to rebuild a community by reconnecting people in Richmond with local farmers who are dedicating their careers to real food – food that is grown on sustainable land, harvested when it is at its peak of ripeness, and delivered fresh usually within 48 hours of harvest.  We also wanted to help people who could not get to Farmer’s Markets gain access to great produce that tastes good and is good for them and their families. Going into our fifth season in 2015, that vision lives on – and we are now the largest food co-op in in Virginia.  We serve Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Williamsburg to Virginia Beach, and some areas in Northern Virginia (all areas south of Route 50 and a few north).
