Wish I had looked here before dealing with this company! Took some items to them in July 2023 and was told they would be placed on 3 auctions. Told I could view the auctions online but was never able to do so. After many phone calls, text messages and a couple of visits back to the store, finally picked up unsold items from the store. Took another month to finally get a payment for the items sold in March 2024 -8 months after starting the process. I rate my experience as a big fat ZERO.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have dealt with Dixons for years and never had any problems but that changed in 2018 when I called for a pick-up, I had everything from a leather recliner, lamps, curtains and many other assorted items. They charged me for the pick-up, which is fine, but then I kept looking for the items on their website, I found a couple of things so I called and emailed them and was told that they were transitioning to *********************** and hadn't gotten everything out of the old warehouse. So the back and forth between us went on for years. Here it's 2023 and I've chalked it up to items lost, money lost. I'm discussed.

This company violated federal law by selling counterfeit purses. Not only did they offer these purses at one of their auctions, but they used them as one of the major attractions for this particular auction (specifically Louis ******* and Coach). I purchased 5 purses that were advertised as Coach, ****************** and *****, only to receive them and learn they were fakes. To add insult to injury, they took tags off of them that said "$2, $3, made in ******" when they photographed them, and then put them back on, showing they KNEW these were fake. It is a violation of the Trademark Counterfeiting Act of **** to sell any counterfeit goods in the US, regardless of whether or not you put an "as is" statement on the sale. I contacted the owner of the company and informed him of the fake products that he sold me, sent him links to the law, and requested a refund. I received one email telling me I should have previewed the items, and then he never responded to any additional emails.

It took a year, multiple calls to the retired *************** because son ***** never returned calls, to get a check for proceeds of auction of estate. Exhausting during a sad period to have to chase the auctioneer to give you the amount you are due.

Hi. I had Dixons pick up 25 items on 4/13/2020. On 4/30/2021 I got a check for 17 of these items. Here's where the fun starts. on 10/25/2021 I called to find out the status of the rest of my items ***** had. I got no answer. Since then I have called 33 times and sent 1 e-mail. When I did get to talk to somebody, it was almost always Shanleigh. Each time I was told only ************** could answer my question. I have been told he was not available but would get him to call; he was not there but would get him to call; or checks were sent. I have gotten no check and no one has called. Today is 8/11/2022 and so far no contact or check. My only question was " what is the status of my account? " Seems very simple to me. If you could help me get an answer to my question, I would really appreciate it. Y number is ****. I wanted to avoid doing this if possible, but I want to get this matter resolved and don't know what else to do. I no longer want to talk to them. I just want the money they owe me for the remaining 8 items they have of mine.Thank you so much for any help you can provide.***
