We contacted this company in February of 2021 to have two showers installed, one in our guest bathroom and one in our master bathroom. literally nothing was done until late spring. The reason We were given that the marble supply company kept messing up the order when in fact the order for our parts were never even ordered according to the installers. Finally our guest bathroom shower was installed but it took 2 weeks to do the job because the owner of this company kept pulling our installer to go to other more money making jobs. We received our shower pan in early August only to find out it was made incorrectly. One week later We got our marble shower walls only to see the one was cut way too narrow because the owner measured them wrong. Thus We finally had this project completed on September 1st. by another contractor who did a great job. The owner of this company should have retired ten years ago, from what we've learned, he has aver high turnover of employees and anger management problems and has communication issues. Buyer Beware.
