    This shady organization is charging me, a disabled veteran who was discharged from active duty in Dec 2023, $175, for a sleep study conducted nearly 2 years ago, when I was in the active duty military and tricare was my medical insurance. I was referred to this business from my PCM at ***************************** Center. This is an untrustworthy organization trying to take advantage of the military members and veterans. 100% of this bill is on tricare, not me, a veteran. They should have billed tricare when I was in the military, not 20 months later. Despicable shady business practice by this inefficient organization.

    The business conducted my intake appt on September 12, 2022 and billed Tricare East for services.The business conducted my sleep study on October 11, 2022 and billed Tricare East for services.The business conducted a follow-up/diagnosis on November 1, 2022 and billed Tricare East for services.The business issued my CPAC machine and supplies on December 8, 2022 and billed Tricare East for services.The business conducted another followup appointment on December 14, 2022 and billed Tricare East for *********** last followup appointment was conducted on June 23, 2023 at which time a smaller face mask was provided; Tricare East was billed for services.The business continued to ***************** for the CPAP/Durable Medical Equipment monthly through July 2023.I retired from ******************* in the Army in July 2023 and informed the business my insurance coverage was transferring to Tricare West/Select.The business proceeded to bill me directly; I followed up and requested they bill my former and current insurance provider after confirming protocol with ************/Select.I contacted the business by email/phone numerous times regarding billing for what appeared to be excessive amounts above and beyond insurance ($1450 monthly) what I was told out of pocket charges would be during previous calls (no more than $450 total without any insurance).After repeated calls and emails requesting resolution and a detailed bill indicating what was previously billed to insurance and what a final out of pocket bill would be, a balance due of $514.25 was indicated and I paid that balance online on August 2, 2024.The company provided another bill on January 22, 2025 for $102.87 for collection fee. I called to request resolution and was told by the **** ****, that she would speak to the collections department.I am requesting relief in the form of a billing adjustment and literally no further contact from this business ever. Their billing practices are deceptive and predatory.

    My appointment with ********************* the ** for Commonwealth Sleep Center was on May 28, 2023 she assured me that the hose for my CPAP would be ordered and delivered. The first call I made that is saved on my phone was on June June 16, 2023, I believe that that is when the wrong size hose was ordered by this company I called to have it rectified, no one could tell me anything, On June 19th I called again they told me that the hose size was not on my prescription and asked me about the make and model of my machine and what size hose they sent to me and asked me to send a picture of the hose. I called again on June 20th to follow up on the email, I had to leave a message they called me back yet I was unable to answer the phone as I work full time and the call was between 0830-1700. I called back that same day and left a message. I called them again today June 27, 2023 at 0930 and left a message to follow up on the email as I haven't received a hose that fits my machine, I left a message. I called back today at 1112 asking to speak to some one about the hose I received that doesn't fit my machine and the hose I need, I asked if I was going to be charged for the hose they sent that didn't fit my machine, no one who answers the phone can tell me if I will be charged for their mistake. I have spoken with the same gentle man several times and during this phone call he told me that a hose was sent out sometime and that I should receive it sometime this week. I have paid my bills and done what has been asked of me. I have also explained that I am an epileptic and that lack of quality sleep lowers my thresh hole for seizure activity. I have called this office too to complain about ********************* ** and her persistent talk about my weight, I am 5'5 and weigh 220 lbs. I know that I am fat and don't need to be put down and scolded by her. I did notice that she mentioned my weight only once this latest visit.

    I have had numerous issues with this company and the way they bill us. I receive statements/bills quarterly. They are NEVER up to date. In the latest incident, they still had not even cashed a check I had mailed them at least 30 days prior to receiving the next statement. I had to call them. Their billing people are apparently in India or Pakistan, I cannot tell which country. But the phone rings like a non-American phone and it's definitely a long-distance call. When I called to complain this last time, I never spoke with anyone. I only received a call back after 3 days of leaving multiple voice messages on their line. While they told me they did receive the check and my wife verified that it had been cashed, they then told me what the remaining balance was. I demanded a corrected version of the billing statement and never heard anything back from them. I am complaining because they are CONSISTENTLY wrong and it is so difficult to get in touch with them.
