    On May 2, 2023, ******* came to the house offering tree services. We negotiated on $1900 to remove a large tree in the back, cut tree to small pieces (was not completed), and grind three stumps. ******* promised the ***** removal and keeps putting it off saying he is going to come and never shows up. I have wasted multiple days waiting at home and they do not come. I have contacted him numerous times and still does not show up. Always having an excuse on why he cannot make it. Many times not answering his text messages. During the tree removal they let large pies of wood that fell and damaged my yard. He showed ** in a truck that said ****************. However, I wrote the check to ****************. Cashed the same day. I have found multiple sites he advertises on (See below). ******* cell phone is ************ and on the truck was ************ which I have spoke to him too. I would like the stumps removed, yard fixed, and job completed in which I paid for.*********************************************************************************************************************************************************** *******************************************************************

    No contract was written all I have is the cleared check. Hand shake and work and pictures I provided. Update: He showed up and grinded one ***** even though he was suppose to do two. Never called ahead just went in back yard and did work without notifying

    At this time, regarding complaint ID ********, he did grind one *****. He did not fix our yard or remove the other agreed upon stumps. I gave the two cell numbers directly to him for the BBB to contact. The letter you sent went to the wrong business. ******* is using someone else name it seems from the conversation with the owner.
