My husband and I can not wait to vacate this property. All of the reviews are accurate. Victoria Q**** is a very unprofessional individual who has shown her rudeness and disrespect for people of color several times in multiple emails. She fails to fully address our concerns. She tells us to go back to the lease when the answers are never there. She puts in maintenance request even after advising her not to do so and that we would check the dishwasher again and do it ourselves if it needed fixing. She then charged us $*** for the appliance trip that she set up. After emailing her about this issue, she then decides to charge us $** for an administrative fee for being RUDE to her in the emails. I have not been rude nor unprofessional whatsoever in any of my correspondences. I have proof of each and every conversation with this lady. She wants folks to respect her but she never gives it. There is no where in our lease that says if we are rude or if we email our landlord about our concerns that we would be charged $**. She refuses to remove the charges from our account so we have advised her that both charges will stay there and rent has already been covered as the check has been cashed. Please stay away from this company. Their homes are trash. They expect you to pay to service their HVAC, power wash and clean gutters and paint home before moving out. STAY AWAY. Victoria should not be allowed to do business at all. She knows it which is why you can see how rude and incompetent her responses to complaints sound. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for treating families this way. Especially the ones who pay on time and do not bother anyone. We will be sharing our experience across all platforms that would hear our experience.

The tenant in question sends repeat harassing and threatening emails to the property manager, or submits frivolous work orders, just to try harass management for some reason. Per the lease, the tenant is liable for submitting erroneous request, which includes harassing management. Unfortunately this tenant has harassed management so much, they had to be warned, which they continued to ignore, and finally got charged per the lease term. When you sign a lease, you are agreeing to terms, if you don’t like those terms, don’t sign the lease, and rent somewhere else. All the best!
