I gave a $2,208.00 deposit on a steel garage given a promise time of three weeks. I was never contacted by Stafford Nursery. A month went by still nothing. so I called *** the representative that sold me the garage. He was surprised that it was not installed. Every time I contacted ******* with Blue Ridge Steel Buildings he offered the following excuses: ******** trailer broke down, no materials but kept saying they were coming. I waited from June 1st when I ordered until August 28th with no satisfaction. *** called his supervisor ******* numerous times while I waited but was unable to get a hold of him. *** gave me *******'s contact information. In my first conversation with ******* he said he was going to contact the builder but was unable to contact them the first time. So I called the builder and cancelled the garage. Now I'm getting the runaround on getting my deposit back. The contract stipulates that after 3 days I am *********** my deposit back minus 20 percent but they want to only give me back 50 percent with no acceptable explanation.
