            On April 6th, 2021 I went into the BetterMed urgent care clinic for a *** ***** ***** At the time I did not have insurance. I had to pay out of pocket ******* in advance in order to get the test done. on 6/29 I notice a non-authorized $****** charge from BetterMmed from my checking account using the debit card I gave them for the original payment. A rep from the accounting department told me they will look into it. Next month, the same charge $****** I decided to call again, Heather the lady that took my call was very nice and honest, she told me she had no clue what was going on. She told me that she was going to talk to her manager and will have her call me back.( I also decided to call my bank, they gave me the ****** back and a new debit card) I never got a callback and now I'm getting a collections bill for $*** I can't get anyone to fix it, they are treating me like if I was a criminal every time I call. please help!

            I set up an appointment online. Received confirmation of the appointment. Arrived at the location and was turned away. According is receptionist said I didn’t have an appointment. Her efforts were nonexistent. In following days I received a text thanking me for visiting their BetterMed in Fredericksburg, the same location I scheduled and arrived at and refused services. Rating -10 Stars

            Apparently this a generic post because if one can read clearly I stated I made an appointment online, had email confirmation of that appointment, BetterMed response is insufficient and is more than an inconvenience. There was literally no one in the waiting area. -5 stars
