I brought a 2012 DODGE CHARGER LEMON from MAZARI MOTORS ON 9/18/24, since day 2 of purchasing this vehicle, I've had nothing but major safety issues, on day 2 the CV JOINTS BROKE, I called MAZARI wanting to return the car, and was told "NO..THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS" was told to contact warranty company and they were replaced by the ******************. After 2 weeks the car went FROM BAD TO WORSE, when the car is SITTTING STILL THE TIRES ARE STRAIGHT, WHEN THE CAR IS MOVING THATS WHEN YOU SEE THE LEFT REAR TIRE IS LEANING IN. I contacted MAZARI MOTORS about the issue and nothing. The car WAS SWERVING ON THE ***** IN DRY WEATHER, RAIN, SNOW, DIPS, BUMPS IN THE ***** Contacted the warranty company, they REFERRED ME TO ELITE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES, THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE ISSUE (BENT FRAME...LEFT REAR TIRE IS LEANING INSIDE AT THE TOP). I had to buy 2 REAR TIRES because they WERE GOING BALD ON THE INSIDE. On 9/26/24, the car was returned to ELITE AUTOMOTIVE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, after 2 weeks at the repair shop, they claimed to have fixed the issue. Drove the car for 2 weeks, the SAME ISSUES was occurring, I had to replace the 2 REAR TIRES AGAIN, and was informed to get a 4 WHEEL ALIGFNMENT, TIRE PLUS AND ********* WAS UNABLE TO PERFORM ALIGNMENT. I HAD TO STOP DRIVING THE CAR DUE TO SAFETY ISSUES. In December 2024, I had to get a **** VEHICLE TO DRIVE. JANUARY 2025, I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO ELITE AUTOMOTIVE and was told it was fixed...(IT WAS NOT), as USUAL the car drove okay for 2 weeks, then I noticed that LEFT REAR WAS LEANING AGAIN. I contacted the warranty company and was informed to take car to a repair shop. EVERY REPAIR SHOP WOULD NOT LOOK OR TOUCH IT. TOOK THE CAR TO ******* DODGE FREDERICKSBURG, THEY SAID "IT SHOULD NEVER PASSED INSPECTION"...FOUND OUT SUSPENSON ALL MESSED UP. APRIL 2025 TOOK TO FORZA AUTOMOTIVE FREDERICKSBURG....THEY FOUND NUMEROUS SAFETY ISSUES....WELL OVER $9,500 TO REPAIR. ON 9/12/24 CAR FAILED INSPECTION...9/17/24 PASSED INSPECTION...HOWBusiness Response

****** **** purchased this vehicle September 18, 2024. She test drove the vehicle and she had the vehicle checked out according to her. Upon purchasing the vehicle there were no issues or complaints that day or the weeks following. This vehicle passed the Virginia state inspection. The complaint that Ms. ****** has mentioned was brought to our knowledge in January of this year. She claimed that the CV joints broke the 2nd day after purchase, why did she not call and mentioned that there was an issue. She also indicated that tire was leaning when the car is moving, you can see the left rear tire is leaning but the tire is straight when the car is not running (the tire cannot be straight when sitting and leaning in when it is driving, that does not make sense. This seems to be a made up story), the car was "swerving on the road, in the dry weather, rain, snow dips and bumps in the road" How was she driving the vehicle for several months into December 2024 in that condition, that is just incomprehensible. She also mentioned that she stopped driving the vehicle in December for safety issues but she continued driving the vehicle in January 2025.
It seems like there may have been an incident with the vehicle which led to the issues that are flagged by Ms. ******* which she may have chosen not to disclose. It is unfortunate that Ms. ****** wants Mazari Motors to be liable for issues that she encountered or may have caused, long after the sale of the vehicle. How is it possible to drive around for months with the conditions that she outlined in her complaint. It just seems like Ms. ****** is trying to get a free car from Mazari Motors well after she knowingly purchased the vehicle "AS IS" from Mazari Motors. She did purchase a separate extended warranty from a third party which has nothing to do with Mazari Motors who has their own separate facility. Mazari Motors did not agree to repair her vehicle in any capacity whatsoever.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Mr. Mazari Motors, you and your salesman knows that a call and a VISIT to your company was conducted on 9/23/24 about the AXLE/CV JOINTS BEING BROKE, YES I was informed about the CAR BEING SOLD AS-IS, "NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS WOULD I HAVE THOUGHT THAT A CAR THAT I PAID $17,500.00 THAT PASSED A VA STATE INSPECTION WOULD PASS WITH ISSUES WITH "THE STABLIZER LINK, DRIVE/PROPELLER SHAFT, TIE ROD ENDS, REAR SUB FRAME, CONTROL ARM, STABLIZAR BAR, STEERING GEAR, AND ALL TTHIS WAS FOUND OUT AFTER SERVERAL UNSUCESSFULL ATTEMPTS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG".
Mr. ********************** accusing ME of DECEPTIVE PRACTICES IS A BOLD FACE LIE, if you had taken the time to REVIEW THE ENCLOSED BILLS, YOU WOULD NOTICE THAT THESE ISSUES DID NOT OCCUR WITHIN A FEW MONTHS TIME FRAME, THEY WERE EVIDENT BEFORE SUPPOSEDLY EVIDENT BEFORE THE CAR PASSED INSPECTION, THAT'S WHY THE CAR WAS TAKEN TO "******* MAZADA" TO GET "A FRADULENT INSPECTION", MR. ********************** YOU "PAID SOMEONE OTHER UNSCRUPLUS PERSON TO MAKE IT PASS"., IF THE CAR WAS TAKEN TO "******* DODGE" WHICH IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR, IT WOULD HAVE NEVER PASSED, AND YOU MR. ********************** KNEW/ KNOW THIS
I paid over $15,000.00 FOR A CAR THAT NEEDED OVER $14,000.00 TO MAKE IT ROAD SAFE AND DRIVEABLE.....THE WARRANTY COMPANY HAS PAID OUT OVER $3,000.00, I'VE ALREADY PAID OUT $4,205.00 FOR SOME REPAIRS, NOW IVE GOT TO SPEND $5,600.00 FOR ADDITIONAL REPAIRS TO MAKE THIS CAR ROAD SAFE AND DRIVEABLE (AS I WAS INFORMED BY THE WARRANTY TO "NOT TO DRIVE THIS CAR"), i CANNOT DRIVE THIS CAR AS I DO NOT HAVE $5,600.00 JUST LYING AROUNG LIKE I DID WHEN I BOUGHT THIS CAR....TOTAL COST TO REPAIR THIS CAR IS A "WHOOPING $13,957.00, THATS ALMOST WHAT I PAID FOR THE CAR....WITH ALL THE REPAIRS AND WHAT I PAID IS A WHOOPING $30,000 (YOU DO THE MATH)....SO IN OTHER WORDS I'M PAYING FOR 2 CARS AND CANNOT DRIVE EITHER ONE...SMH,

YOU HAVE 6 GOOD REVIEWS WHICH IS WHY I CHOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.....I'M WONDERING NOW WERE THOSE REVIEWS LEGITMATE, BECAUSE NOW YOUR "REVIEW PAGE IS NOT THERE ANYMORE", DUE TO THE MANY COMPLAINTS THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WAS SAYING ABVOUT YOUR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICESWHEN MY AXLE BROKE 2 DAYS AFTER BUYING THE CAR I WENT TO YOU WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT AND YOU "ASKED ME TO REMOVE IT", AND OUT OF THE KINDESS OF MY HEART I DID, THINKING THAT YOU MR. ********************** WAS A REPUTABLE COMPANY, I "DO NOT BELIEVE THAT ANY MORE .

Ms. ****** with all due respect to you, a vehicle with all of the following as you described in your second message and I quote:
Mr. End of Quote. Now, the question is, how is it possible for you to have test driven that same vehicle, have it checked out and confirm that you liked the car and decided to purchase the car without any of those issues being mentioned. In addition, you drove the vehicle for an extended period, well after the purchase of the vehicle and well before these issues were mentioned. Secondly, to imply that we took the vehicle to get a fraudulent inspection is beyond ridiculous..... so does it mean that you constructed these allegations about the car to gain recognition, we would never imply anything of the sort on your behalf because that is definitely not the way we think. Needless to mention, the condition of the vehicle was never what you described. How was the vehicle in the condition that you mentioned because it would have been revealed on the test drive. Also, you would have brought the vehicle back to us to discuss the issues at a much earlier date than this year. This complaint was sent this year on a vehicle that you purchased in September of 2024.
At this point, unfortunately we cannot give you a different car especially since the condition of the vehicle you test drove and purchased is not in the same condition as the vehicle you originally purchased. We did not give you a car with the issues that you mentioned, nothing in that manner whatsoever. I don't know for sure what the condition of the car is at this point after you have use it and I don't exactly agree with anything that you described especially implying that there was fraudulent activity on our part.

I purchased a 2013 e 328i and was advised that the vehicle had no underlying issues whatsoever even though I pointed out a ticking noise in the engine. Was advised by the manager on duty as well as the salesman that these cars make these types of noises. I drove the car for a month and on 11/18 I took the car to *** midlothian and was advised that the timing chain needed to be replaced. Contacted the dealership as well as the warranty company through the finance company and was advised that I would be responsible for the cost. Reached back out to the dealership and was advised to bring the car to them on 12/11 I picked the car up from *** midlothian and drove the car to the dealership. I was informed that they would take it to their mechanic and have the car fixed I have not heard from the dealership since and it is now March. I have reached out a few times only to be told that they would provide me with and update. The last time I reached out was on on 2/3/25 and 2/24/25 I did not receive a responseBusiness Response

Mrs. ******* purchased the 2013 *** on September 21, 2024. She did test drive the vehicle and was satisfied with its performance. She purchased a warranty through a third party that was offered by the lender. Four months later she reached out to Mazari Motors stating that *** of Midlothian told her that she needed a timing chain and the cost was exorbitant. She also said that they reached out to the warranty company and they were willing to cover the expense of the timing chain but not at *** of Midlothian cost. Mrs. ******* inquired if there was anything that Mazari Motors could do. We offered her a less costly solution by suggesting one of the mechanic shops that we know in the area. We told her it would not be as expensive as *** of Midlothian but she will have to pay for the repairs if the **************** did not honor the cost. She agreed and brought her vehicle. We did tell her that the shop will first provide her with a quote of the repairs. It did take a while to get a quote because that particular shop is usually extremely busy.
Mazari Motors never agreed to repair Mrs. ********* *** for free or at our expense nor does she have that in writing. The fact that possibility exist of cheaper repair cost is the reason she brought the car here. This is a used vehicle and anything can go wrong at any moment so the value of having a warranty in place is important. *************** felt that the process was taking too long, she could have collected her vehicle and take it to a shop of choice or even back to *** of Midlothian. The vehicle was available for her. We have been in recent contact with Mr. ******* (a gentleman that identified himself as her husband) providing him with updates on the vehicle from the mechanic.

I have purchased a vehicle. I had signed a document stating that I was paying the down payment on certain dates. ***** is holding my hard plates until I give a 1000 dollars. After I already dropped 2000. He told me if I cant give him another 1000 dollars I will not be able to get any tags. We both signed a document stating to have 1800 by November 30th. And he went back on what he said. I have proof of the signed contract. Another thing he has all my documents and never gave me a folder of any of signed documents neither any receipts. I have four babies. That need to get back and forth to school and as a single mother I have to work. He did not care if my car got towed due to not having tags. He is a lier and a scam artist. We signed a contract stating when the money will be given. He turnt back and said other wise. So again he isnt giving me tags until I give him another 1000 before my signed contract date.Business Response

On October 8th 2024 my mother and I purchased a car (2014 ******* ******* 2.0t) from mazari motors for a final price around ~$13000. Upon buying the car we were told it had a check engine light on due to aftermarket exhaust and that it was for an 02 sensor but that that was all that was wrong with the car. 3 days later on October 11th I attempted to drive the car up to ******** for a friends wedding. An hour and a half into the trip the oil sensor light came on and the car shuddered to a stop, it had lost all power. I had only gone a total of 210 miles after driving off the lot. I was able to contact triple an and get the car towed to a shop back down to ****** va where I live. The next day the shop (Kennys automotive) ran I diagnostic and told me the check engine light showed nothing about an 02 sensor but there were all kinds of codes relating to the oil pump and turbo issues, leading me to believe I was mislead about what the check engine light was for. Kennys was not able to do the repairs so I brought it to another shop they said could, Rollin Wheels. After their diagnostic they found all the same issues and Kennys but also that it has a bad timing change and an engine knock. I was in contact with the dealership through all of this and let them know what had happened and was told they would cover the cost. After a month of missed calls and no follow *** on emails they have still done nothing and the owner is now saying they are only willing to help us with a discount on repairs. When I showed up to the dealership today, November 1st I was avoided, shot nasty looks by the owner *****, and made to wait almost 2 hours before anyone would talk to me. At this point I am not interested in repairing the car, that is on them I would simply like my money back and to sign the car back to them. I simply cannot afford the repair cost, it would cost more than I paid for this car to get a new turbo, oil pump, and engine swap.Business Response

Mr. ****** test drove the vehicle on two occasions before purchasing the car. Both test drives were plenty of time for him to conduct a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle. Upon completion of the test drives, ****** was elated about the car, the way it drove and how it handled. They need a few days to get the funds ready to which we said ok. ****** was fully aware that the vehicle had been lowered and had aftermarket parts on it to which he acknowledged was fine with him. On the day of purchase ****** and his mother looked over the car once more and proceeded to make the purchase. They were offered a Warranty to purchase of which they declined saying they will do more work on the car.
Several days later there were several calls from both ****** and ******** about the vehicle not running. They indicated that they will take the vehicle to a local shop to have it checked out. That was clearly their decision. We offered them an opportunity to have the vehicle checked out by one of the mechanic shops that we use since parts and labor would be considerably cheaper and initially they declined saying they would rather use shops closer to their residence. It is unfortunate that the vehicle is not in running condition at this moment but that is not the manner in which it was sold. This is a used car and anything can happen at any time after the sale, so it is important to make sure the maintenance is kept up and performed. We are not sure what happened after the sale of the vehicle, how it was driven
Regarding the statement of "After a month of missed calls and no follow *** on emails", we responded to the calls and the emails sent. I this that because the response was not what Mr. ******* and Ms. ****** was expecting, then it became an issue. In addition, Mr. ******* and Ms. ******* is seeking a full refund on a vehicle that they destroyed. We did not give them the vehicle in the condition that it's currently in.

I signed a finance contract on 6/25/23 for a black 2014 CLA 250 4 ****** ***** and I agreed on all repairs being completed example new front tires on the vehicle Prior to them delivering the car to my home on Friday, 7/7/23. On the date of 7/7/23 I received a call directly from *****. ***** then informed me that they ordered the incorrect lights for the vehicle replacement and needed to place a new order, eta 7/10/23. I informed ***** once the repairs were completed I was going to pay for diagnostic at ************************** to ensure there were no further safety issues with the vehicle prior to them, delivering it to me. On the evening of 7/10/23 ***** drop the car off to ********* The ******** tech explained to me that the front right rim was cracked and should not have passed inspection according to VA requirements. I asked him to provide me with a breakdown of his findings. I informed ***** verbally and via email. I also made the loan company aware as I was expected to pay my first installment on my loan on 7/25/23 and yet still did not have my vehicle since my signing the contract on 6/25/23. ***** requested a picture of the cracked rim. I did immediately. I have sent several emails with the updates from ******** and CC the loan company for their complaint following and have not had anything in writing back from *****. I just recently spoke to ***** around 12 PM on Thursday 7/13/23, and ***** refuses to order the part that is needed to ensure the vehicle safety for inspection. I have expressed to ************ have already approved to pull the remaining money out of my account, upon completion of the repairs via a credit card authorization form they have. After several minutes of ***** screaming at me on the phone he then hung up Im not sure of next steps. I have already put in over $1350 worth of service on the vehicle at ******** and may be out of that money as well as the **** I have already given the dealership towards a deposit. Subject: Re: You have a new message from the Richmond BBB. Consumer complaint #********
To: Better Business Bureau <**********************************************>Mazari Motors have complied with the original request from ***************************** and ******** **** to replace the rim and pay for the cost of the battery holder on the ******** **** that she purchased from Mazari Motors. That total amount of those two items was deducted from the original down payment. She was happy and all was well. ***************************** did agree that upon payment for the rim and battery holder that she would remove the BBB complaint since her demand would have been met. Unfortunately, she did not keep her promise. In addition, she introduced a new complaint about a light that was not an issue when she originally inspected the vehicle at ******** **** (nor was it an issue from ********) and it was also never an issue or requirement from her as a contingency to remove the BBB Complaint.
So, it seems like there is a never ending game for us to restore her vehicle to brand new condition and even then the relentless complaints will continue. If she wanted a brand new car it is beyond logic why she would be purchasing a used one and expect it to be in brand new condition off the showroom floor.
