    *********************************************;************ Is the address and contact number. He has refused multiple times now to provide proof that he fixed the compressor. Which is not fixed. And now the check engine light is on & I wont pass my emissions.

    I financed a vehicle, and was under the impression all was well (7/15/24) signing the contract is when I first notified of a mechanical issue (air compressor) so I got a loaner. The loaner has faulty wiring so I had to leave that at a gas station. I got my car back and it sat for 5 days, upon my return the check engine light is now on. So I take it to my personal mechanic and auto zone both of which confirmed that the car was reset because without the proper work, that light wouldnt be on TWO WEEKS INTO FINANCING. I also explained to this man that both my mechanic and auto zone said, do not drive at high rates of speed or long distances so I asked if his mechanic could come to me for the spark plugs. The answer was no. I asked if it could be towed. That answer was also no. Although these issues were at no fault of my own and the diagnostic tests said this damage is permanent. I honestly just want out of the contract and my 5k deposit returned to me. On his site he said it was in excellent condition. Now with the air compressor that was supposedly fixed now blowing cool air, it shakes when started and the check engine light on, I feel I was lied to which I didnt think was legal.

    I purchased a car back in February. In April the engine started knocking a couple weeks after getting my oil changed. Fluids were all good but wouldnt start back up after I shut it off. Got it towed to garage who towed it to another shop who started doing the work. Prior I got in touch w the dealership and warranty company and both are non compliant. The dealership hung up on me when I was telling him what was going on. **************** isnt being reasonable at all. I have posted the mechanic quote and also have rental car statements I can send also. I have been coming out of pocket for the rental.

    The customer didn't bring the car to me so I had no way of helping. If a customer has an issue with anything, they need to bring the car to me. That's my policy. 

    The customer took it to a different shop. How do I know what kind of problems it has if the customer doesn't bring it to me? I would help out if it had been brought it to me. I always try to help my customers.
