This company conned me in to making me believe I was paying my insurance I've had with Nationwide. At first they tried to get me to switch I told them various times I was happy and staying with Nationwide. They continued harassing me at work. Until they perposely impersonated a Nation Wide employee, by fishing for personal information. First questions were how much do you pay we can do better and when they gave me there quote of $210.00 per month I nearly laughed. That's almost double of the $97.57 I was adiment and told her I was not switching to take me off the list. Then I started getting text. Harassing me at work. Your $97.57 is past due. Me: "Oh I thought I already paid this month. Her: No Mam we didn't receive your payment. Me: Well I'm sorry let me get my card. Her : can you verify your information. Not realizing it was a separate company. Then I realized I was conned and duped. Now I'm getting harassed by mail. These people have no morals they stole my debit info, my address. They continue to harrass me on a daily basis. I've called and cancelled. Nothing seems to work. Now I'm getting threatened to have my info referred to a collection agency. Now I'm looking into sueing them. I pray no one gets this call. There Evil cunning and outright pushy. Worst Customer service and I just keep getting placed on hold or sent to another line we're no one seems to know what Is going on. I'm frustrated I feel used and Conned. By far the worst company to do business with.
