    My lease with ****** ******* began October 1, 2022 . My first two nights were a nightmare. On the third day, I knocked on the door of the tenant above me and politely introduced myself and asked if he could kindly adhere to the quiet hours of 10 PM to 6 AM; his reply was that he was not responsible for any noise. I reported it to management and they said they would take care of it. There was no change. After weeks of speaking with management, they concluded that the situation could not be resolved. I then phoned the owner of the complex, Mr. ****** ****, and explained my dilemma. He immediately understood and offered to move me to another apartment. The day of my move the tenant above me reported me to management for a noise complaint, the same tenant who forced me from my apartment. ***** ******, the manager, charged my account with a $300 violation. There was no validation of the complaint and no consideration given to my position, which of course was, that I never made any noise. His reporting me was, in my opinion, retaliation. To say that I am appalled by the behavior of Ms. ****** would be an understatement . When I saw the charge to my account I was shocked. As a result I would like my $300 returned.
