Owner was very unprofessional- Car window was broken into on Saturday- Went on Glass.com to request a quote for repair- received a quote for $177.65. Technician came out on Wednesday with the wrong glass. Brought the passenger back window when the Passenger front window was the one that was broken. Technician called back to the shop and spoke with the owner- he blamed the mix up on me when i had never spoken to the owner about the window- Technician came back on Thursday- of which I was very thankful. The technician was very nice and explained to me the mix up- he proceeded to install the glass- took less than an hour to complete. he presented me with the bill- which was way more than quote- double what was quoted- $390.69- I showed the technician the quote I received from the owner. He called the shop and spoke with the owner- who told him to take the glass out the car if I didn't want to pay the bill- He stated I was trying to get the glass for free. Another lady got on the phone to take my payment- she stated that if I didn't want to pay what was presented on the bill the tech could take the glass out. Feeling like I had no other choice, I paid the bill with my credit card. I pray I never need to replace a window in my car again-if I do I will definitely NOT use this company. I feel it was a bate and switch. *****Buyer beware****
