            The company picked up my snowblower and lawnmower for repairs. Never presented an estimate, never called for direction. After 2 months of numerous attempts to reach the business someone answered and said my equipment was repaired for ~$400.00. It has yet to be delivered, there have been no conversations regarding complaint. I have missed 3 snow storms and am getting complaints now from HOA that my yard needs attention.They can buy my equipment if they want it, otherwise answer the phone, keep the equipment and I will buy a new mower.

            Misleading, misleading, misleading. I dropped off my trimmer that wouldn't start and asked for an estimate to repair it. An older gentleman said that I needed to leave an $40 deposit, which I did. I told him that I only paid $200 for the machine when I purchased it brand new, and that I would not spend a lot to repair it. I told him that I just wanted a diagnosis and ballpark repair estimate. I never signed off on any repairs to be done. The gentleman said the lady who handles the billing would call me later that day to advise me. No one called, so I called back later that day and asked them to provide a cost estimate for repairing my trimmer. I was told that someone will call me and no-one did. Then I get a text message on my phone advising me of my balance $125.98. They even don't deserve a single star. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, extremely rude, and very poor service. I am looking into a class action suit.
