My neighbors had windows installed by The Window Man, and the workers damaged my fence in the process. They admitted to rear ending it with their truck, but 3 weeks later they have yet to call me, visit/assess damages, or accept estimate to fix the damages. Even their customers, my neighbors, are outraged. They're supposedly bonded and insured, but they refuse to be accountable for their actions. I know i would never trust these guys to be accountable for my home if they can't even address something they admitted to doing. Sadly I will have to waste more time and take legal action.

As the reviewer accurately said, they are not a customer of ours. We typically only receive reviews from and respond to our customers but felt it necessary to respond this time. Our actual clients fence post was slightly damaged during their installation and the neighbors fence post was joined to this fence. We set about looking into the repair immediately, of course. After receiving a price quote from the clients fencing company, we felt it necessary to look into it further. Respectfully leaving out precise details and the companies involved, no simple fence repair should cost more than $2,000. After further communication with the neighbor and gladly meeting their specific requests of using big box-store parts vs. our recommended superior quality components, we finally received the custom-order parts. Once those were received, we completed the repair and our Service Technician was told the neighbor is now satisfied.
