            On March 15th, 2021 I went to TH Tax Service to get my tax document worked on. I was asked to send $250 to have my file completed and was also offered the opportunity to get help with filling out a PPP Loan. Not only was my file not completed and sent, I was also not helped with the completion of a PPP Loan and was asked to send my money as 'Friend and Family" on ****** so I couldn't dispute the transaction. I tried contacting the business and even going to the office directly to get a refund and was refused multiple times and eventually got my number blocked. The tax preparer said he wouldn't refund my money unless I showed him who and where I got my return done after he refused mine. I feel like I was taken advantage of and robbed of $250 for nothing.
