    Manager did not resolve our issue. We cancelled one membership with sessions remaining. Staff ensured those visits were transferred to our other membership.
    Sessions were " in the wallet" and would be applied to future visits. Front desk staff changes constantly, no clear communication. Our transferred sessions were never applied during 4 months, as we were told. Staff & manager let sessions expire. We received an email stating the sessions were expired & the value was null. Approximately $450 we cannot redeem. The previous manager who made the transfer has departed or quit. The current manager Sara P****** will not reply to the subsequent emails asking for half credit of the sessions, nor has she bothered to call us and attempt to deliver customer service. This is deceptive business practice. We feel duped and tricked by this business & will go to top managerial staff until the issue is resolved.
