    **** from Wiser Advisors Paladin text me (unsolicited) and asked to review my financial status to assign an advisor. I feel that they coat-tail off of web searches and try to scam people into using their service under the guise of ripping people off and scamming them out of their money

    ************************** came to our website of his own volition, where he then manually submitted his information in order to be matched with up to three financial advisors who best suit his needs. When submitting his information, he checked our Terms & Conditions box where it is very clearly states that he will be contacted by phone and email. After submitting his request, he logged into our portal and added additional information to help with the advisor matching process. When we reached out to him via SMS to confirm his request, he stated that he did not wish to be contacted further and then proceeded to send us multiple expletives. Due to this, we immediately cancelled his request and removed him from any ongoing contact. This being the case, our initial contact was not unsolicited and we have ceased all contact since. Because our advisor match service is free, there is also nothing to refund.
