Poor customer service. We are purchasing a new home in Brambleton West. There is no price transparency. They jacked up the cost of options after final selections were made by over $ 9000 and are pressuring us to accept the changes. We truly think there should be legal oversight over such price gouging. Employees are highly impersonal and management team is plain rude and unprofessional. The $9000 math error is more than 30 % increase in price of options selected and yet they want to normalize this error.

This is in response to the review we received dated November 3rd, 2022, regarding Krishna Madiraju’s concerns with the option pricing from the Design Centre. The Design Centre appointment provides the opportunity for the homeowner to select the options for their home build. The final pricing is not given at that appointment as the team needs to go through the notes from the meeting and make sure that all options discussed are included in the final configuration. In this case, there were two specific options that were not included on the estimated pricing given at the appointment, and when Mr. Madiraju confirmed that they did want those options, they were added to the final pricing. The cost of the individual options did not change between the design appointment and when the pricing was sent. It was a matter of not all options had been included. The team has explained this to Mr. Madiraju and gave him the opportunity to remove those options if he wanted. Mr. Madiraju chose to keep those options, so the pricing reflects the addition of these items. We have been in contact with Mr. Madiraju to provide an explanation of the circumstance. Our Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager and Design Centre Manager called to go over the details, confirm the options and pricing. We take all concerns very seriously and while we understand their disappointment. We hope to be able to move forward in a positive manner with the Madiraju family.
