    Apex Title and Escrow Corporation managed the settlement of my home sale. A Ratified Contract was signed between the seller (me) and the buyer that included a Post-Settlement Occupancy Agreement. A $3,000 security deposit was held and set to be released within three (3) days of my leaving the property. The contract states the following:- Buyer must conduct a post-occupancy inspection of Property and Deliver to Seller and Escrow Agent a list of deficiencies within three (3) business days after Deadline or waive any claim to Security Deposit The buyer did not submit a list of deficiencies as required by the contract yet Apex Title and Escrow is still holding my security deposit in escrow. They have ignored my requests in setting a date to do so.
