    In November 2023 I contracted with Virginia Pavelayers to repair and upgrade my driveway. I was given a 5-year warranty. Now, 16 months later, the driveway is crumbling along the north edge and there are multiple locations where the asphalt is loosening (and holes are forming). I have made multiple attempts to contact the company: my on-line request for contact on 10 Mar has not had a response, the published phone number is not in service, and messages to published email address are not delivered ("The response from the remote server was: 553 Relaying disallowed"). I posted a negative review on their site; it's gone to the ether.

    Virginia pavelayers was contracted to replace our drive way. The work was done in July. July I reached out to tell them it was uneven. They said they would look at it and let me know and never contacted me. In September I reached out to tell them to tell them my driveway has holes and asphalt coming off. They told me they would look into it. For 2+ months I have been contacting them regarding this issue to which they keep responding they will do something and never have. They refuse to answer my calls and only reply via text message. Their replies are generic and misspelled. They have not responded in a week after reaching out several times since. Our driveway has pieces come off it. We were told we were covered by their warranty, but they will not come out.
