      To Whom it may concern,I am writing to express my deep concern regarding several unauthorized account with ******************************************* C Account number: *********** balance: $1,281.00, which I have been unable to resolve directly with them. I have discovered that accounts have been opened in my name without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. This fraudulent activity is not only a violation of my privacy, but it has also caused significant distress. I expect immediate action to rectify this issue. I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau assist in removing this account from my ********************** reports.I have attached copies of relevant documents, including my driver's license proof of address, copy of my social security card a cover letter and the my credit report, to support my case.I kindly ask for your assistance in facilitating a resolution to this matter.       The situation was happend at ************************************************************** the branch of apple federal credit bank the situation is was try to get some withdrawal from *** at apple federal credit bank *** machin but unfortunately my debit card is stuck on inside of the *** machine during at that moment was try to ask the employe to return back my debit card because the *** it shows out of service and was ask to return back my debit card the employee unnecessarily arguing and no reason call police because my debit card is prepaid master card it is not apple federal credit bank debit card but if my use the *** card at any bank it charges some amount of fee so was try to get some cash from that bank the employee response was this card is not our debit card it doesn't not matter *** it charges my card weather my card is belong to apple credit or not was try to explain for him but he is such racist and also he doesn't have positively the way he try to customer is so nasty and he confiscate my prepaid master card and he call police no reason. So the the bbb try to contact the corporate office of the federal apple credit bank you need to be reject this kind of employee and return back my debit card let us know the feedback

      When a card is captured at one of our ATMs, we follow security protocols that sometimes prevent us from returning the card directly to the member, which is the case for non-Apple FCU cards. In your circumstance we would not have been able to return the card to you and followed our protocol. These steps are in place to protect cardholders and their information.
      We are reviewing what happened internally to make sure everything was handled appropriately. This matter as with any matter concerning **** is handled with the utmost sensitivity.

      I am writing to formally address a series of concerning issues regarding my private student loans with Apple Federal Credit Union (Apple FCU). I originally borrowed approximately $43k in private student loans between 2015 and 2018 at a fixed 4.5% APR while attending college. However, due to my decision to pursue dental school and residency from 2019 to 2024, I placed my loans into forbearance during that time.During my time in dental school, I was unaware that Apple *** transferred my loans to ****************************** (***). Upon this transfer, my loan was subjected to a variable interest rate, which has now escalated to 14.5% APR. As a result, interest has been rapidly accruing on my balance, and I now owe more than $98k, which is more than double the original principal amount.Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this issue through loan consolidation, I have not received any meaningful resolution. Additionally, I have encountered significant difficulties in obtaining assistance from Apple FCU. Specifically, I have been in communication with an individual named *******, who has not facilitated any efforts to connect me with a manager or higher-level representative who can address my concerns. After explaining my situation to her, including my intention to make a substantial payment of around $60,000 to consolidate the loan, she refused to work towards a resolution or escalate the matter to someone who could ********* a result of this ongoing issue, I find myself trapped in a cycle where the interest continues to accumulate, leaving me without a viable solution. This situation has also had a negative impact on both my credit score and my cosigners credit score, further exacerbating the financial strain.I am requesting immediate action to rectify this matter, by consolidating the loan to $50,000. Additionally, I need a direct communication with a manager or senior representative who can properly assist in resolving this matter without further delay.

I have enclosed a copy of my valid Washington, DC drivers license, which reflects this accurate address.I also want to emphasize that I do not have any accounts with **********************. The listing of the above address and any associated account is inaccurate or fraudulent.       I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding the handling of my account, which has been restricted without proper notification and is currently being held by your fraud department. I opened my account on January 18, 2025, and I was unaware that the transfer I made to fund the account was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification or alert about the issue until January 29, 2025, when I attempted to log in to my account and was unable to do so. Upon contacting your customer service, I was informed that my account had been restricted because the account was not funded within the required 10 days. Once I became aware of this issue, I immediately took corrective action by sending a cashiers check to address the insufficient funds. I received confirmation from Apple Federal that the funds were deposited into my account, but I am still unable to access it. I called again and was informed that the fraud department intends to keep this hold on my account for the next 6 months until I build up a good deposit history. My direct deposit was rejected and I am now in a situation where I have to wait for my check to arrive by mail, which could have been avoided if I had been notified immediately when the funds were not transferred into the account. Instead, I am being forced to pay for cashiers checks to be sent into the account, and my access remains restricted for six months. I find this process both frustrating and unreasonable. I have multiple personal and business checking and savings accounts that are well-established, and I have never encountered such an issue. Furthermore, I was not informed that my account would remain restricted for six months, which I find to be deceitful. Had I known this, I would have closed the account immediately rather than send additional funds. Additionally, my account cannot even be closed until the funds clear on February 11, 2025.

That option should have been provided to me upfront. I travel for business frequently and would have had no problem resolving this.       AppleFCU unequally applies excessive check deposit holds. I have had a checking account with ************************* for over 90 days and never had a single check deposit bounce. It is a business checking account and my business operates in an industry that operates almost entirely on checks. In the past they have always been willing to release check holds early, even on large amounts. Today, for no reason at all, they escalated my request to a supervisor who said "the holds will remain as they are" even for checks as low as $250. This has caused me to miss ******* and pay employees and customers late. I emailed the CEO, all my employees (cc'ing the CEO) notifying the bank caused their payment to be late, and I will be filing complaints with the **** and have encouraged employees and others to leave negative reviews. I will be closing my account and transferring banks as soon as the hold clears.

      I filed 2 disputes through them. Was told 10 business days. Upon those 10, I called back and was told by a supervisor my claim was not fraud and to wait 60 days. I've been told 3 different things about my money!

      We (my wife and I), had a auto loan through Apple Federal Credit Union, paid it off August 2019. We received a lien release stating this, but we never received the actual title. We have been trying since then to get that and they refuse to cooperate and send the title. We are trying to sell it, but cannot because of this title issue. We just want the title mailed to us immediately. Want it resolved so we can sell this 2011 **** Edge.
