On June 20, 2023 The Commonwealth of Virginia Board for Contractors issued a Consent Order regarding McDaniel Contractor Services, LLC. McDaniel Contractor Services, LLC acknowledges an understanding of the charges and admits to the violation(s). The following act is prohibited; Contracting with an unlicensed or improperly licensed subcontractor in the delivery of contracting services. In this case McDaniel Contractor Service did not knowingly retain an unlicensed contractor. Owner of the subcontracting business told McDaniel he was a licensed flooring contractor.
