WARNING to anyone interested in buying from this company. I’m from Louisiana and people in the south do not like to be taken advantage of and this company lied and took advantage of us. We bought a car that was described as being in “excellent” condition, only to get it delivered and drive it immediately and know there was something VERY wrong with it. We spent 16k on a car that we had to spend OVER 10k to get it in driving condition…we have all receipts to back up our review. This company needs to be SHUT down and I’m not going to stop letting people know….news stations, congressman for that area, social media. This buy almost caused me to have a nervous breakdown. They are knowingly and fraudulently selling vehicles that are not legit and running a business with unethical business practices. DO NOT buy a car from them.

I tried to buy a 15 Acura TLX from them, put down a deposit out of good faith. Outside of the high fees I noticed I was being charged after the fact and the sales person not really knowing the cause of the defect. Doing a title search it comes up as junk and salvaged, from a hurricane auction (most likely cause of defect) They tried to present me a title showing its clear??? How??? I tried to explain my situation and how this will defeat the purpose of the purchase. After not taking my calls and being hung up on the other times I still cant get this resolved in regards to my deposit. Be very wary working with these people. Bad business all the way around.

On 11/8/2024, I purchased a Cadillac CT6 from 95 Motors that had listing price of $16,900. As part of this deal, they agreed to take care of the DC Tags, Title, Registration, and Taxes which Sales Manager: Ms. Anna added $2500 to the $16,900 sale price which made the new sale price 19,400 however, she purposely did not annotate and document this on the sale price sheet, “Ms. Anna just listed the sale price as being $19,400 when in fact it was $16,900." The $2,500 price increase was the amount that was supposed to cover the DC tags, title, taxes, and registration for the vehicle as discussed and agreed upon. Why would I pay an extra $2500 otherwise??? They couldn’t sell the vehicle and dropped the price down to 16,900 to entice people to buy the car. The $19,400 sale price + the $999.00 Dealer Fee took the total price to $20,399 for the vehicle. I paid the $399 and my bank financed the remaining $20,000. Now 95 Motors, has refused to cover the DC tags, title, taxes, and registration of vehicle and when Sales Manager: Ms. Anna did the price sheet, she purposely did not annotate the DC Tags, Title, Taxes, and Registration onto the sale price sheet, but she added $2500 to the total sale price of vehicle, which took the original vehicle price from $16,900 to $19,400.

I am requesting that 95 Motor’s refund me the $2500 extra that they included into sale price of the vehicle, plus refund me for the work completed to fix the Transmission/Sensors - Price: $1,520.41, and Tire Pressor Sensors - Price: $600.00 that they hid and failed to disclose to this seller. In addition, they failed to fix the damaged driver seat which they agreed to do and was listed in the sale package as an I owe you item 100% covered by dealer. It will cost me $500.00 to fix from auto upholstery companies. The Total Reimbursement this customer is seeking is $5,120.41. Note: Just because the car was sold as-is the dealer is obligated to disclose all damages with the car that they were fully aware of

They do not show you the price on the documents you sign. They tell you one price and then charge you thousands above it after all is said and done. They deserve jail for their repeat offenses

I recently had an awful experience at 95 Motor and feel compelled to warn others. I agreed to purchase a used car, paid a deposit, and trusted their promise to fix known issues (including a ripped tire and emission leak). After paying my deposit, ****, the employee I dealt with, assured me everything would be handled. However, **** and the dealership failed to honor any of their promises. I later found out they were still showing the car to other buyers despite my deposit, and when I returned to pick it up, they refused to fix the car's problems, increased the price, and told me my deposit was non-refundable.Their handling of the situation was completely unprofessional. **** seemed deceptive, and when I confronted her and the manager about the broken agreement, they took me to a separate office to avoid the other customers hearing the dispute. It felt like they were trying to manipulate the ************ anyone considering buying from 95 Motor *beware*. This dealership and **** seem to have no issue with unethical practices and disrespecting customers. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

He did come into the business yelling and cursing as we asked to step out with the general manager to resolve the issue then he demanded he wanted all these things done on the car as he said someone promised which we give "we owes" he did not have this and we then saw he was dishonesty wanting thousands of dollars fixed on the car when we knew the car was in perfect condition. We will reach out once again to see if he would like to move forward.

I drove from PA to 95 motors dealer. before coming, I had asked for total price including dealer processing fee, etc. I was quoted ****** over the phone, out of the door price. Initially when I got there, **** the manager said ****** but came down after I told her I was given those numbers. all good As she called to sign paper, she kept saying she would have to count the cash like 3 times and I told her I wanted to first understand what I was signing before I sign. And I will be wiring the cash. I asked if the dealer would pay the PA state tax, etc. She said that's what the $999 processing fee was. she then had 4.5% as state tax instead of 6%. I also had questions because she referred to a loan document but I was doing all cash. so when I asked, she send me outside and told someone else would help. after few minutes, she said they don't want to do the business with me. this is a scam dealer. do not even try to go.Also they had the warranty paper in the car and I had ask the salesperson. Later on **** said, that was not from their dealer..They should be investigated.
