    My husband booked an appointment for my birthday to make sure my stereo system in my car was set up right. At the end of the appointment was told it looked fine and sent on my way. Never felt like it was up to par and randomly would have lied static screeching through. Year later I had enough and took it all back down to redo so I could figure out what was wrong...I know they never gave me the service we paid for cause there was a very very obvious issue...my brother had accidentally ran the distrubition block mounted on metal and it was arcing the whole time...this would have been easy for the company to see and address had they actually looked it over like they were paid to do. The owner contacted me after my ****** review promising to fix the experience and has not done so nor responded since.

    Dear ******** *******,When you first did a ****** review on us and complained that we didn't do our job, I responded to you promptly. I have attached a screenshot of what you said and then what my reply was. I was trying to reach out to you so I could take care of you personally. As of 6/11/24 you haven't responded. You said in this complaint that I have not responded which is not true. The problem here is you didn't respond. I was asking you who's name the install was in. The only one I could find was for a ***** ******* done on 3/19/22. If that is you, why did you take so long before you said anything about it?  I care a lot about our reputation and do what I have to so we make it right. It's kind of hard to when the other party never responds. When we are looking at someone elses work, it's kind of hard to know what all they did on things that are hidden. When you look at a distribution block it's hard to tell if there is a problem with it. We look at the wire going in it and then out. There is a bolt on each end that holds the wire down in it. If we look at that and the wires are going in like it's supposed to be, it looks right. Those blocks are incased in a plastic shell so it's protected from grounding out on the metal. Under the hood there is mostly metal so that's why they incase it in plastic. I'm sorry that you felt that we didn't do our job, but in my opinion we did. Just playing the amp hooked to that power wire will sometimes not show that problem. Maybe it would have been better to have a shop do that kind of work instead of someone that doesn't have that much experience doing installs. If we had done the install and something went wrong, we would have made it right. We guarantee our work. As far as the refund, that was 2 years ago (3/19/22) that an install was done for a ***** *******. There was no ticket in your name. So the refund is out of the question. If you look at the tickets we give the customers, it says no cash refunds. We have a sign saying the same at the register.
