    Battlefield Ford of Culpeper ******** sold me a use truck that should not have passed inspection. Almost all the front end suspension needed to be replaced. Which they did replace some of the parts. The truck is not drivable at this time because it needs a new tie rod end on the passenger side. Which they said they will not replace. They also put the wrong upper control arms on the truck and said if I purchase the new parts they will put them on. They sold me a ******* extended warranty that will not cover it because the truck has a suspension lift. I purchased the truck that way. I was told I had a bumper to bumper warranty but they never said it would not cover the truck because of the lift in it. I have taken the truck back to them 8-9 times for the same issue. They told me that they cant find anything wrong and to drive it til it breaks then they would know whats wrong with it. The truck is a 2014 ****** Tundra that I purchased December *******. I have taken it to 3 different shops and they all say the same thing but they still refuse to fix it.i paid over ****** for I truck that they wont fix and have no extended warranty to cover it that I have paid for.

    I have contacted Warranty Solutions since last year after I got rid of the vehicle 9/28/2023 and want to receive my prorated amount. The email trail is back and forth between Warranty Solutions and some other 3rd party company. Warranty Solutions states they sent a check to the dealership Battlefield Ford of Culpeper and I want my prorated refund. I am filing a complaint against Battlefield Ford of Culpeper because Battlefield **************** is no longer in business under that name and was bought out 2-3yrs ago. They are now *************. I've tried a BBB complaint against Warranty Solutions and am getting NOWHERE and at this point this has gone on for too long.I do not reside in the state of ******** for almost 2yrs now and would like a refund check sent to me for what's rightfully mine in a refund amount since the vehicle, 2017 **** Edge, is no longer in my possession since 9/28/2023. It sounds like Warranty Solutions is not taking ownership and has passed the torch to Battlefield Ford of Culpeper, ********. I really want this resolved as soon as possible please.I attached the email trail and also the original cancellation request of the warranty purchased. Please let me know what else you may need.

    The dealership sold ** a used Audi and gave ** the **** dealership warranty under the impression that it would cover all service done on our vehicle whether at a **** dealership or an Audi dealership we then found a couple issues with the vehicle and took it to a **** dealership 2 days after dropping it off they told us they could not service it to come get it that we had to bring it to Audi.The Audi dealership inspected the car and found over $17,000 worth of repairs needed for the car the car's original price was only $14,000 the **** warranty would not cover all of the charges and hours for labor that we needed for the repairs the remaining balance was **** the **** dealership wants no part helping resolve this situation and has been hard to deal with ever since

    Mr. & Mrs. ********;

    Purchased the Audi 11/21/2022 witch we had serviced and found no issues did basic maintenance to the Audi. We had no idea of any issues with vehicle when *********** spoke to me on the 29th of December telling me they were bringing the vehicle back because of issues they were having with supposed needed repairs at the Audi dealership. we tried to see what the issues are with the vehicle from Audi mainly that timing chain had stretched the Audi store did not really seem to want to repair the vehicle so they were charging a lot more for the repair than the book time says to pay.

    Battlefield tried to help but things became very confusing between the Audi store the ***** and the warranty company it is really out of our hands
