Hello, I engaged with this company, Fastrack Car Parts a few months back to search for an ABS module for my 2002 Infiniti I35. I wanted a new or used one, so they found a used one for 160.00 and I paid for it and had it shipped to CA. Upon taking it to my mechanic to install, they called the next day to advise that it was not the correct part and the mounting was different so it would not work. I had 30 days to return it to Fastrack which was written on the invoice, and also stated to me by a person named Grace when I bought the part. I called Grace to advise it was the wrong part and she said to ship it back to an address in Arizona-which I did within a few days, and I know that it was delivered as I have the proof of delivery. I have called week after week asking when will I see the check, and they keep saying either they are waiting for the correct person to cut the check, or "we promise we'll get it out next week" then nothing happens. Now, when I call their number, it connects to a line that just rings non stop, so they are avoiding my calls. I am a 72 year old retired salesman that traveled the roads for over 40 years calling on customers that I appreciated and valued, not only for their business, but for their friendships that I developed over the years. I am appalled to think that this company could even grow their business and have customers come back after their first purchase- which is the bedrock of building your business. I don't suppose any positive outcome will happen in my favor regarding this writing, but if I could dissuade in any way another potential buyer of dealing with these shysters selling car parts, then I will have succeeded in my quest.
