I purchased my leased Toyota RAV4 through Lease End Services LLC located in Christiansburg, VA. I was told that they will handle everything for me so that I do not need to go to the dealer or *** in **. To date, I have not received my new plates or registration. In addition, since I did not purchase the car outright, with their help, I was able to apply for a car loan with **** *** *** ** *** I have already made payments for November and December.
My complaint is that I have been trying for over a week to contact the person I dealt with and have left several messages and have not received a response, as well as, calling the main number and getting a message indicating that the offices are closed.
I am very concerned that I will not get my plates and new registration for the car.
My experience with this company, up until now, has been very good. The account manager, always returned my calls promptly and was very helpful.
I hope that this complaint can be resolved quickly.
Thank you.

My family members are being contacted about an expiring lease on my vehicle when their names are NOT on the lease ! This has caused a family dispute as they assume I fraudulently used their personal information to co-sign for the lease. This is a desperate act of prostitution to solicit and infringement of personal information. The Lessee or if there is a Co-signer should be contacted ONLYBusiness Response

Mr. *****,I have listened to the call we received about that message and the family member who called was informed that the message was a marketing error. She was also told that there is not a lease in your name or her daughters name but that the text message was an error. I'm sorry to hear that there is a dispute with your family members and only know what I was told about the situation which has nothing to do with our office. From my understanding this dispute has been going on for some time and the message that was sent in error did cause additional tension, for that I am sorry, but we did make it very clear that it was only a marketing error. If you have any other concerns please feel free to reach out to me any time.Thank you,****** ******Customer Answer

Please note the transaction date was 1/11/2023. And the company has promised to register my vehicle with the state in which I live and to send new plates. In addition they were to forward the necessary document to the lien holding company and as of 5/4/2023 this has not taken place. In addition despite numerous phone calls and conversations with ***** **** and **** ****** they still have not produced the necessary documents. In many instances they have not simply returned my phone call. This is a bad customer services and poor follow through on the things they have promised. Bad example of a professional orginization.Business Response

This customers issue was resolved. The DMV processing was completed a while ago but Mr. ******** never received his plates or registration in the mail. Since he was unable to get in touch with me due to my being out of the office and then speaking with 2 representatives from our office with the same name there was a little confusion about the status of his registration. Thankfully we were able to help get a duplicate copy of his registration online and he's made arraignments to pick up new license plates at his local DMV. When I spoke with Mr. ******** a couple of weeks ago I thought he was aware the registration was completed but didn't take into consideration that he isn't an expert with the DMV processing. I should have made sure things were more clear and going forward will ensure future customers are more clearly informed.Customer Answer

Paid off lease in FULL Jan 9th and was told my clear title would be sent within 8 weeks. It has been about 14 weeks- no title. I have called and emailed and have been ghosted for the last two weeks. The last time I spoke to ****** **** (3/15/23) who is handling the file, I was told I’d have the title from the state of ** by March 22nd but wait until March 24 to call again if I didn’t get it. I have sent three additional emails with no response at all to any of them. I requested a supervisor and haven’t been referred to one. I still have no title- this is costing me money as I have a buyer for my car and purchased a new car. I now have double car payments, insurance, registration etc. and may lose my buyer. I have no idea how to get a status as ****** advised she spoke to the DMV but would tell me who she spoke to and since she isn’t answering emails or calls she have no other recourse as to find a resolution for this matter.Business Response

Ms. ******** statements are regrettably accurate. I have confirmed with her that the title has
been received and, in her possession, so the issue has been resolved. Since becoming aware of her experience with that
employee management is making it a priority to ensure good communications with
our customers. Some delays in the
process are out of our control but there is no excuse for the lack of response
or poor customer service. Our company will
also be establishing ways to prevent this situation from happening in the
future.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. They basically said it was out of their hands at this point, which I agree- the issue was no one was responding AND I was lied to regarding time frames and there was a huge lack in communication and zero follow up from the employee handling my file. I have resolved the issue myself- at my cost. I had to take time off work to go get a title in person- and once I got the title I could see the date the title was issued- which was not what ****** advised. I paid for the title at my cost, had to endure additional costs to get this resolved. I advised the Leasing Company of my resolution- as they failed to do so. The major issue was communications and the company manager did state that they would be working on communication going forward. Thankfully, the Leasing Company took my complaint seriously.
