In October of 2022 we paid Affordable Fencing $6,526 to put in a deer fence around our garden and around a few trees in our orchard. They came and did the orchard trees in the fall and came out January of 2023 to install the garden fence. His guys did a terrible job with both projects. Multiple T posts in the orchard are leaning and need to be reinstalled. They didn’t take the time to install them properly and deep enough. The deer have pushed through and shredded the netting. The garden fence is a whole other issue.The guys showed up one day to install the posts and came back for just a couple hours another day to hang the netting. They rushed the work and in doing so didn’t install it to my liking. I was very specific about not having any bunching so wildlife wouldn’t get caught and the length off the ground was wrong as well. We asked them to come back and they did but still didn’t fix it correctly. We went back and forth with **** about the netting, the deer are jumping through it shredding it and he tried to tell us that someone was cutting it. He said he would bring u posts to help support the netting and never did and won’t return calls/texts. They didn’t dig the metal poles in deep enough and they’re leaning. He had made the comment that they don’t have to go in as deep because of the netting. Our gate now won’t latch properly because the pole beside it is leaning away from it. We had another fencing company install a privacy fence for us and they saw the garden poles leaning and said that they aren’t in deep enough. Another contractor has said that the garden fence won’t keep deer out. We do not want **** or his crew to come back out to our property. They had multiple chances to get this right and didn’t. We don’t want any contact with them and if we see them on our property we’re calling the sheriff. At this point we only want financial restitution. We are having to start completely over after paying over $6k on useless fencing that has failed.
