Please see Precise Business Group DBA All N 1 Carpenter. Please investigate this company before considering them to do any carpentry or tile work for you. This company has failed miserably in the tiling of my principle bathroom by allowing an inexperienced tiler to perform the work. Mr. Shawn N******** is refusing to return my deposit of $******** and the cost for the demolish of my complete bathroom after his tiler "Spot Bonded" the tile in my shower and my bathroom floor. He also refused to pay for the cost of the new tile that I had to purchase to have a licensed tile installer to tile my bathroom correctly and up to code. I would have given this business zero stars if allowed. The business owner is not creditable in my opinion. Mr. N******** does not take responsibility for his work as a carpenter ( he cut into the drywall outside of the shower when cutting out the shower insert) cutting in a zigzag motion and damaging the drywall beyond repair. He put all the blame on HIS hired tiled installer. He agreed to refund my deposit, pay for the complete bathroom demolish or for the cost of ALL bathroom tile. He is also fighting my dispute with my bank to have my deposit credited back to my account. He admitted it was not done correctly or up to code, he has avoided my texts and calls for a month and only contacted me when I filed my complaint with the BBB. Please, buyers, do your due diligence before even considering to due business with this company. I have just hired a competent licensed tile installer to undo and redo what this inadequate and irresponsible contractor failed to do. Do not fall victim to this ill trained contractor or his hired contractors. He does not have the experience that he portrays.
