  According to the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) website My Jack of All Trades Incorporated, has a signed Consent Orders on file entered on April 29, 2025, citing the following violations;
  
  
  
  - Failure of all those who engage in residential contracting, excluding subcontractors to the contracting parties and those who engage in routine maintenance or service contracts, to make use of a legible written contract clearly specifying the terms and conditions of the work to be performed. Prior to commencement of work or acceptance of payment, the contract shall be signed by both the consumer and the licensee or his agent, and
  
  - Failure to obtain a building permit or applicable inspection, where required.
  
  
  
  My Jack of All Trades Incorporated was fined a total of $1,400.00 for Virginia Board of Contractors costs and must have a member of Responsible Management to successfully complete a Board approved remedial education class within 90 (ninety) days of the effective date of the order.
