This is the third time that I have clipped coupons and can’t use them. I had several coupons totaling close to ten dollars. They are in part the reason that I chose the item. I was unable to redeem them because they said the system was down. First they checked their own coupon app. The girls then said “sorry” the system must be down. Family dollar now owes me more than *** ********

Purchased some items on 4/2/2024 at Store # ****1, Decatur, GA. This store is going out of business. Went I got home I noticed on my receipt one of my items had been rung up twice. I had only purchased one of these items. It was not over ***** but it's the principal of it because everything adds up. I returned to the store a few days later and was told by the Cashier who was the same one who rung me up said they can't do any refunds because the store is closing. I understand no refunds, but this wasn't a refund. I was not returning anything. This was an error of being overcharged twice. She asked her manager, and she said due to the store going out of business we cannot do any refunds. She did apologize. So, the store overcharged me, and nothing can be done. Remember to always check your receipt before leaving a store.

This store is price gouging they have their prices up way too high on certain items I went in 3/28/24 to buy a bottle of Bayer muscle and body asprin and it was ***** plus tax which is 5 dollars more than the original price so I purchased Tylenol 8hr is priced at **** so I bought those but these prices should not be this high given that this is supposed to be a dollar store.

Why isn’t Family Dollar Roma Texas #***** Family Dollar Escobares Texas and Rio Grande City Texas listed on here?? I have a complaint to make about a bad employee and store experience in ******. Customers and employees don’t respect social distancing and don’t follow safety protocols.

A family dollar employee threatened to jump across the sales counter and **** me because I wanted the contact information to family dollar corporate office to file a complaint

I brought cat food from your store located in Pennsauken NJ Route 130 and Browning Rd the young manager refused to accept my return the cat food was opened. I explained that the food is not what I normally buy it was changed without informing customer my cat didn't like the new brand.The young lady laughed about my age and walked away. Your online portal is a joke and your phone numbers are never answered I left three complaints with no return correspondence.

They are got price on the shelf and when you go to the cashier it a high price I bought some snacks that on the shelf said $**** and when I looked at the receipt they charge me $**** for each one and this been happening for a while already, you calculate a different price in your hand, and when you want to register it doesn’t add up !!!!

Family Dollar stole $****0 from me and is refusing to give it back in a shady scenario they pulled with their own merchandise. My name is Igor N******** and my phone number is 3********** I want my money back, cheaters.

Good Morning, My name is Mr. Lindsey ****** **** United States Navy Retired Disabled Veteran. I what to file a Consumer Complaint against Dollar Tree/Family Dollar store located in Washington, Ga. On 30 January 24 between the hours of 11:15 to 11:45 I was verbally harassed, bagered and illegally banned from the store by a young lady who identified herself as the manager. As I was trying to return a item she consistently verbally taunted me as I was trying to conduct a transaction at the checkout counter. I repeatedly asked her to please leave me alone. She keep threatening to ban me. I thanked the young man for helping me. And told them both to have a blessed day. I left the store. Only to be stopped by 2 authorities. They asked me to step out of my truck and to explain what occurred. I told them exactly what happened and they let me go. This alone caused me mental anguish. Because my interactions in that store was completely professional and my behavior was not disruptive. She purposely tried to insult me. Intentionally inflicting emotional distress. Her actions were completely dishonorable and mean spirited. She displayed overbearing and over zealous tactics, which are not upstanding. She is poor example of what Customer Service should be, and a poor Discredit to herself and Dollar Tree Stores. This Manager really needs to take a course in Customer Service and providing with Customer Service training. Please ensure that this letter reaches wide spread dissemination within Your organization. Me and other disabled Veterans deserve to be treated better. I personally have been diagnosed with ***** And this whole incident was a severe trigger to my condition. I will seek damages for her actions, because she caused me emotional distress. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter. Insulting and accusing folks of stealing. I and my family will never shop at another family dollar! Horrible customer service and very dirty store. If there were 0 stars that’s what they’ll get. HORRIBLE,
