1 starWhat a horrible business. From the girl answering the phones to the men coming into the house to fix a problem. Make an appointment and the window is from 8am to 4pm. REMOVEDfirst of all. Wait alllll day for them to show up close to 4pm. Walk into my house without any rapport building. Mechanic SH has helper J with him. No acknowledgment from helper J whatsoever. Shoes muddied and wet, dont even bother wiping their feet or getting shoe covers. Theyre making comments about how small the bathroom is. The water had been turned off from the inside to that bathroom bc there was a consistent drip. Theyre in the bathroom for maybe 30 seconds. Im sure they jiggled the nozzle, flushed the toilet and said all fixed. When my husband questioned what they did, mechanic H said something ridiculous very officially then said all good. All fixed. Once they left we noticed the water is still off so we turn it on and EXPLOSION! Water sprays EVERYWHERE! Immediately called the company to get them back out here and the awful girl answering phones was so rude and dismissive. Saying you have a cracked toilet bowl. No lady. It says on our invoice found ?? 1/2 b toilet supply line hand loose to shut off. Connection secured supply line tested good. She literally huffed and said oh well you have to go through a different process and not call us. Who tf are we supposed to call when your guy came out here and literally made the issue WORSE? She was so grossly rude every time we called back and refused to let us speak with anyone REMOVEDweek later, mechanic J finally comes back out. Again, no questions on whats going on just walk right in without much acknowledgment and fiddles around. Walks out and says all done, Ill call the home warranty and tell them I dropped the ball. I asked what he did to fix it and he said some random things very matter of fact. My husband points out the floor is still wet even after we wiped it up from his boots and previous water leaking.Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc.

Hello, REMOVED,Were sorry to hear you felt this way about your experience and would like to clarify a few important details after reviewing your service ticket. Your work order was placed through your home warranty company, and because of that, any follow-up visits or recalls must be submitted through them directly. You were never charged by us for the original work ticket or for the recall visit the recall was completed as courtesy. When you called back stating the issue had reoccurred, that call happened on the same day REMOVEDexperienced a nationwide outage, which temporarily affected our dispatch system. This caused a mix-up with another warranty recall on the same street. Once we identified the error, we immediately apologized and sent a technician back out as a courtesy at no charge. Our first visit our technician and his helper REMOVED(whom you referred to as "J" repaired the issue and verified everything was functioning. REMOVEDwas only present at first visit, not the second, During the return visit , your husband openly stated that he had accidentally broken the supply line after our first repair. Even so, our technician replaced the line at no cost to you, as a courtesy. We also have photos of the supply line for documentation and can provide them privately since attachments are not permitted on this REMOVEDno point did anyone from our team state that your repair was not covered, and our office staff was never contacted directly regarding dissatisfaction with the service. We were unaware of any continued concerns until this review. We also want to note that our technicians always wear protective booties when requested. In this case, that request was not made, but our team mopped and cleaned up before leaving the property. We strive to treat every homeowner with respect and professionalism, and we regret any misunderstanding or frustration caused by the outage or communication mix-up.K. Who are you kidding? REMOVED. They did not even turn the water ON before they left the house to see if the problem was resolved. Hence, My husband turned it on when they left and water exploding from the connection. HE NEVER stated he broke anything because it was already broken which is why we called a plumber in the first place. Second, he was HUNG UP ON by whoever answers the phone in your office. What excuse are you going to make for that behavior? And your techs didn't mop anything up. Good lord the lack of accountability and excuses made is hilarious at this point. You claim all these things but you were not there. I have cameras IN MY HOUSE to show how long they were there and to discredit, literally everything you stated. SadReview fromDavid G

1 starperson just got finished fixing my sink in the 1/2 bath down stairs. $345.00 for 15 mins of work. A COMPLETE RIP OFF. Not bad for 15 mins of work. I WILL NEVER USE A COMPANY SUCH AS THIS AGAIN.Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc.

Hello REMOVED,We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your recent service, and wed like to clarify the situation. This service call was placed through your home warranty provider, REMOVED. Our technician diagnosed that the downstairs half-bath sink drain line was improperly installed and missing parts, which caused the drainage issue. REMOVEDadvised that this would not be covered under warranty. You were present during the call with them and, after the non-covered status was explained, you authorized us to complete the repair at the quoted rate.We repiped the drain line and replaced the missing parts, which included both labor and the cost of materials required to restore proper drainage. As with any service, you could have chosen to decline, postpone, or use a different company, but you elected to move forward with us. The charges reflect not only the cost of the parts and materials, but also the knowledge, licensing, and expertise required to properly diagnose and repair the problem. We understand unexpected expenses can be frustrating, but we stand behind the necessity and quality of the work performed. If you would like to review your invoice further, please contact our office at REMOVED.Thank you,REMOVEDwith Price Right Plumbing & Drain CleaningReview fromCecelia A

1 starThey were dispatched through my warranty to fix a stoppage in my toilet. They came out the next day. They initially decided to snake from the roof vent. An uncovered item. I paid the 375 out of pocket and they performed the service. After a while, they told me there is a break in a pipe somewhere and they didn't have the right equipment to find it. They told me they would contact the warranty to discuss diagnosis and next steps. I waited 2 days (with mud in my toilet that was left after they snaked) and heard nothing. Warranty says the claim was completed. It was not. After a week of phone calls to both warranty and price right. I was given an appt to come and run a camera down the toilet to find the broken pipe. I called the evening before to confirm. I had been told price right didn't have the equipment. A week later, I'm on the phone and being told they do have a camera and it's (shocker) also not a covered service. I took time off work (again) to be there the next day after being assured they could come out and perform the service. Appt was 8 to 12. I called at 1201 because nobody showed up. I was told the appt was canceled because they didn't have the equipment to perform the service. The communication within the company seems to be horrible since I got different answers every time I called. All that needed to be done was a simple phone call to the warranty authorization dept, explaining what needs to be done is outside of their scope so we could get another person assigned. It's obvious that customer care is not a priority.
So here I am. Over a week later. Mud still in my toilet. I've called another company to come out and fix it.Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc.

I apologize that you feel that the communication wasn't handled well. The technician pulled back dirt and grease. We cannot put our camera down a line with grease because it will not work properly. We did let American Home Shield know everything that was going on.Review fromDavid B

1 starREMOVEDuses this company. They first came out and misdiagnosed my water heater after a 24 hour wait. I have no water heater and cannot provide my infant with a adequate bath. They then came out to fix the pilot system and said the that they needed to replace the whole water heater and since it's Friday. They are not taking accountability for misdiagnosing the first time two days ago. Now I have to wait through the weekend with cold water. REMOVEDcan't do anything, and I still have to pay non covered costs for another 3 days minimum of cold water for my family. Does no one have urgency to help people anymore or take accountability? Terrible customer service, efficiency, and accountability.Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc.

The tech did not misdiagnose the heater. He said that it was not leaking the first time that we were out. We did put in in for replacement the second visit and since we work through a home warranty company we do have to wait for authorization before any work can be started. I apologize that you had to go without hot water. Since you went through the home warranty we do have to go through the process.
