      I had been a customer of this trash pick up company for approximately 5+ years. I recently moved (7 months ago) to a predominately Caucasian neighborhood. I have noticed since the move I have been targeted for any known reasons. I have never experienced such pettiness and unprofessionalism from a waste company. I purchased two cans and paid my bill via autopay since day one. In these past 7 months I have received 4 complaints from this company (specifically the driver on this route) he has literally taped notes to my cans only about not putting loose trash in the cans, intentionally did not pick up my trash one week and stated I didn’t pay my bill (it’s set up on autopay), asked Shannon ****** whomever she is to email me and threatened not to pick up my trash anymore if my trash bags weren’t tied, told me I could not put anything other than trash bags in the can and insisted that in order for him to pick up my trash my lid had to be completely closed. (Keep in mind I am not doing anything different than I was at my last address and received ZERO complaints). As you can see this driver and Shannon are now being very knit picky and apparently racially profiling. On my way home from work I strolled through my neighborhood and took a number of pictures of my Caucasian neighbors cans that are not completely closed, overfilled, and contained more than just “trash bags”. When I made my concerns known to Shannon instead of offering some sort of explanation or at least apology she simply allowed me to cancel my services and had their cans picked up within two days as if she could careless and the company didn’t value my business. If you decide to use this company be sure you are being treated fairly and your business is appreciated as my “African
      American” money wasn’t needed obviously. Overall, I do not recommend utilizing this company. God heal the ignorance displayed in the world today.
