Custom made items ordered incorrectly by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Restocking fees may be applicable. Please call our Customer Service Department for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. We will always replace defective product at no cost to the customer. We cannot be responsible for what the customer orders and therefore cannot be expected to pay for return shipping on items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
