"I live in a park properties management company owned apartment complex and the lack of staff for the past 3 years is inexcusable I have been here for 4 years lately the amount of care for the property has gotten even worse from no pickup by staff to now infested with roaches for over a month I cannot recommend living at a park properties management company owned residence at this time maybe in the future when new staff are assigned that are made to do their job but over 3 of the 4 years seems has not happened"
